Registration and entry fees
Pre-registration for Škoda Laagri 4:18:4 Triathlon is open online on www.trismile.ee until the 4th of September 2020. On-site registration and delivery of materials will take place on September 6 at 9.00-10.45 at the Tallinn Water Motor Club competition center, by Lake Harku.
Athletes must have ID to receive the race package. Athlete (parent/guardian in case of underage athlete) must agree with terms and conditions during registration. It’s not allowed to give your race package to someone else. The organizer has the right to not register the athlete if it’s appropriate. If the race is cancelled due to force majeure, entry fees won’t be refunded.

Athletes are registered to the event when the entry fee is paid. Entry fee is calculated according to payment date (not registration date).
During registration athlete (parent/guardian in case of underage athlete) confirms that he/she (parent/guardian in case of underage athlete) is responsible for his/her health condition and agrees that the organizer is not responsible for any health issue and damage/disappearance of personal belongings.
Race rules
Škoda Laagri 4:18:4 Triathlon is ladies’ and gentlemen’s Fair Play race.
It’s mandatory to wear swim cap (provided by organizer) during swim and helmet on the bike. Drafting is forbidden, draft zone is 10m. Estonian traffic rules apply for race course.

Škoda Laagri 4:18:4 Triathlon race briefing takes place one hour before the start.
Race course
Start
Start area is on the beach of Harku lake. Škoda Laagri 4:18:4 Triathlon has rolling start, race time starts as soon as the athlete crosses the timing mat.
Swim
Swimming takes place in lake Harku. Wetsuit is recommended but swimming in wetsuit is forbidden if the water temperature is 22,0°C or higher 1h before the start. Athletes must swim 1 lap of 400m. It’s mandatory to wear swim cap (provided by organizer) during swim.
Bike
Bike course is 1 lap of 18km. Drafting is forbidden.
Run
Run course is near Harku lake on asphalt roads.
Transition Area
Transition Area is on the land of Harku rowing club. You need to have your race number with you to get access to Transition Area. Only athletes, officials and race organizers are allowed to Transition Area.
NB! Only athlete can check-in his/her race gear, nobody else are not allowed to Transition Area. Please take your time to familiarize yourself with Transition Area (entry, exit, flow, key areas etc).
Security of Transition Area
Transition Area is fenced. Athlete must check-out according to the race schedule. All the equipment that is not checked out, will be taken to info booth. Organizers and officials will look after your bike during the race.
Relay exchange zone
Teams relay exchange zone is in Transition Area. Team swimmer takes the wetsuit off (in case of wearing it) and gives timing chip to team biker. Team biker goes to his/her transition spot, takes the bike and goes to bike course. After cycling team biker takes the bike to his/her transition spot, goes to relay exchange zone and gives timing chip to team runner.
Aid stations
There are no aid stations on the bike course. There are water and isotonic drinks available in the run course aid station and in finish area.
Timing
Timing chips are included in athletes’ race package and they will be collected after the race. If the chip is lost, the athlete must refund it (70 EUR). There are many timing points on the race course to provide swim, bike and run splits.
Time limit
Finish will be closed at 13.00.
Prize raffle
All finishers will take part in prize raffle.
Medical aid
There’s medical aid available in the race center during the race. Water safety team will be present during the swim.
Lost and found
All found items will be taken to info booth. After the race you can send your queries to info@trismile.ee. Organizer will keep the lost and found items for 7 days after the race.
Race organizer has the right to change the race manual. All these changes will be announced on event’s website.
