Charity Run is open for all people.
Registration and entry fees
Pre-registration for Otepää Seve Ehitus Charity Run is open online on www.trismile.ee until June 9th 2020. Athlete will receive race number with his/her name on it if registering before May 31st 2020. Onsite registration and race package delivery will take place in IRONMAN 70.3 Otepää race center according to the schedule. Athletes must have ID to receive the race package. If the race is cancelled due to force majeure, entry fees won’t be refunded.
Charity Run entry fee is 15 EUR donation. Entry fees and additional donations are for Tartu University Hospital Children’s Foundation to provide psychological support for children who live in orphanage. We wish to collect 80 000 EUR in 3 years in IRONMAN events in Estonia. Additional information can be found www.lastefond.ee/ironman[BK1]
Otepää Seve Ehitus Charity Run entry fee includes:
- Professional organization
- Marked and secured race course
- Name on the start number (if registering before May 31st 2020)
- Electronic timing
- Medical aid
- Participation in prize raffle
Race course
Run course is in Pühajärve beach park on asphalt and gravel roads.
Aid stations
There are no aid stations on the course. Water and isotonic drinks are available in finish area.
Timing
Timing chips are on the backside of the race number.
Time limit
Finish will be closed at 20.00.
Award ceremony
Top three overall men and women will receive the special award. There will be prize raffle among all participants. It’s mandatory to take part in award ceremony to receive the award/prize. Awards/prizes won’t be delivered afterwards.
Medical aid
There’s medical aid available in the race center during the race.
Lost and found
All found items will be taken to info booth. After the race you can send your queries to info@trismile.ee. Organizer will keep the lost and found items for 7 days after the race.
Race organizer has the right to change the race manual.
